Your specific duties as Inside Sales Executive will include:
· Database Generation using Traffic generated data
· Sending Initial Introductory emails to prospects (customized w.r.t each prospect) & regular follow up
· Cold calling to prospects and providing the necessary information and promoting the brand.
· Minimum number calls per day – 40
· Frequent follow ups with identified interested prospects, Closing Sales.
· Passing the leads to Account Managers to initiate next level of proceedings
· Coordinating with Team
· Meeting weekly & monthly Targets in terms of Calling rates and outputs.
· Daily reports at the end of the day and weekly sales funnel reports to be submitted to your manager on Friday of each week.
· Must be a graduate Preferably in Computers
· Basic Knowledge in Software Technologies
· Strong knowledge in MS- Office
· Knowledge on Basic Phone Etiquette
· Good communication skills in English oral and written
· Team Player, Must be adoptable
· Flexible for the timings
